Hr world on behalf of our client in the FMCG industry we are looking for a logistics supervisor to ensure that goods are shipped and delivered in a timely manner and that inventory levels are sufficiently maintained
Responsibilities
- To manage inventory, establish and maintain communications with suppliers, carriers, and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise
- Analyzing product orders to research the need for keeping certain items in stock.
- Responsible for re-ordering products as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels
- Plan warehouse and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways
- Supervising and handling replacements when incorrect goods arrive
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or any related field
- At least 6 years of experience in the similar field
- Good leadership skills
- Good knowledge of clearance documents
- Good communication skills and good experience in MS excel
- Able to handle logistics operations
