1. Project Accountant

Specification Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/finance-related field.
• 3+ years experience in the field of accounting-based to nonprofit maximization organization.
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Good experience working in donor-funded projects.

Mentality/Situation/Sex

• Between 25-45 years of age
• No previous criminal convictions or child abuse incidents, sex exploitation and abuse.

 

2.Chief Accountant

Specification Required Qualifications, Skills, and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with CPA required.
• 3+ years experience in the field of accounting-based to nonprofit maximization organization.
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP
• Working knowledge in accounting package especially pastel
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and stress management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Ability to train and manage staff.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Any other activities as assigned by leaders.

3. Ass. Project Accountant

Specification Required Qualifications, Skills, and experience

• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance
• Interpersonal Communication/Written and Verbal Communication both English and Swahili.
• Basic (PC) Computer Knowledge especially in Excel -Multitasking Skills -Reporting skills.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills -1-2 years’ experience working in this field.
