 CALL FOR INTERVIEW

Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Attorney Head of Government (AGC), Permanent Secretary Ministry of Agriculture, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Lands Housing and Housing Development, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Water, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries, Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL), Services Agency Of Forests Tanzania (TFS) and Director of Mwanga District Council would like to inform all Job Applicants that job interviews are expected to be conducted from May 14, 2022- 17 May, 2022 and finally assign them work stations job applicants who will pass the interview.

Respondents who are called to the interview should adhere to the following guidelines

Interviews will be held on 14, 15, 16 and 17 May, 2022 as indicated on this notice ;, the time and place at which the interview will take place is specified for every cadre;

i. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview site dressed Barakoa (Mask);

ii. Each Interviewee should have an ID for identification

iv. Acceptable IDs include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Job ID, Citizenship ID or Travel hatd;

V. Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the certificate of birth, Form Iv, VI, Higher Diploma, Degree and continues to depend on the applicant’s claims,

vi Candidates who will submit “Testimonials”, “Provisional Results” “Statement of results”, list the results of Form IV and Vi (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED CONTINUE WITH INTERVIEW

vii. Each interviewee will be responsible for Food, Transport and Accommodation;

vli. Each interviewee should take into account the date, time and place of his or her appointment;

ix. For applicants who have studied outside Tanzania, verify their Certificates and approved by the relevant Authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA);

X. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement let them know if they do not meet the criteria. So do not hesitate to apply again if the opportunity arises of jobs when they advertise and comply with the requirements of the concerned advertisement .

xi. For cadres, they will be required to register with their Professional Boards they must come with their Real Registration Certificates in addition to the Licenses to work.
