 ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW

Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), would like to inform all job applicants that the interview is expected to be conducted from May 21, 2022 – May 28, 2022 and finally arranging job centers for successful job applicants.

 

Respondents called for interview should adhere to the following instructions: –

i. The interview will take place on May 21, 2022 – May 28, 2022 as indicated in this announcement; the time and place at which the interview will take place is specified for each cadre;

ii. Screening (writing) for cadres of Tanzania Ports Authority will be held on May 21, 2022, Practical Interview 23 May, 2022 until date May 27, 2022 and a face-to-face interview will be held on May 26, 2022 until May 28, 2022.

iii. Every Interviewee should have an ID for identification;

iv. Acceptable IDs include: – Resident ID, Voter ID, Job ID, Citizenship ID or Passport;

v.  Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the certificate of  birth, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and  continue to depend on the Qualifications of the Applicant;

vi. Interviewees who will present “Testimonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, list the results of Form IV and VI (form V and  form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED  CONTINUED WITH INTERVIEW;

vii. Each interviewee will pay for Food, Transport and Accommodation;

viii. Each interviewee should take into account the date, time and place of the interview;

ix. For applicants  those who studied outside Tanzania should verify their Certificates  and approved by the relevant Authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA);

x. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should be identified  that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again for vacancies  when they are advertised and comply with the requirements of the relevant advertisement.

xi. For cadres who are required to register with their Professional Boards  they must come with their Real Registration Certificates as well as Licenses  to work.

xii. All respondents called to the interview should make sure they are logged in  their accounts and copy the test number for those numbers  will not be released on the day of the interview.

xiii. Respondents are required to wear masks as long as they are on  Interview sites.
