HSK Level 6
HSK (Level 6) tests candidates’ Chinese application ability, which corresponds to Level 5 of the Chinese Language Proficiency Scale for International Students and Level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ( CEFR ) . Candidates who pass HSK (Level 6) can easily understand the Chinese information they hear or read, and can express their opinions fluently in Chinese in oral or written form.

HSK (Level 6) is mainly for candidates who have mastered 5000 or more common words and phrases.

HSK (Level 6) has a total of 101 questions, divided into three parts: listening, reading and writing.

The entire test takes about 140 minutes (including 5 minutes for candidates to fill in their personal information).
1 . hearing
The first part consists of 15 questions. Listen to each question once. A short paragraph is played for each question, and 4 options are provided on the test paper. Candidates choose the one that is consistent with what they hear.
The second part has a total of 15 questions. Listen to each question once. Three interviews are played, and each interview is followed by 5 test questions. Each question on the test paper provides 4 options. Candidates choose the answer based on what they heard.
The third part has a total of 20 questions. Listen to each question once. Several paragraphs are played, followed by several questions. Each question on the test paper provides 4 options. Candidates choose the answer based on what they hear.
2 . read
The first part consists of 10 questions. Each question provides 4 sentences, and the examinee is required to select the sentence with a language disorder.
The second part consists of 10 questions. Each question provides a short paragraph of text with 3 to 5 spaces, and candidates need to select the most appropriate answer from the 4 options according to the context.
The third part consists of 10 questions. Provide two texts, each text has 5 spaces, candidates should select the answer from the 5 sentence options provided according to the context.
The fourth part has a total of 20 questions. Provide a number of texts, each text with several questions, candidates should choose the answer from 4 options.
3 . write
Candidates must first read a narrative article of about 1000 words for 10 minutes, and cannot copy and record while reading; after the invigilator collects the reading materials, please abbreviate this article into a short article of about 400 words, and the time is 35 minute. Self-titled. Just paraphrase the content of the article without adding your own opinions.
- Score report
The HSK (Level 6) score report provides four scores for listening, reading, writing and total score.
