JOB INTERVIEW ANNOUNCEMENT
The Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Dodoma (UDOM) would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from August 29, 2025, to August 31, 2025. Successful candidates will be assigned to work stations after the interviews. Those called for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:
- The interviews will take place on the dates specified in this announcement, with the time and location outlined for each position.
- Each candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a mask.
- Every candidate should have an identification document for verification.
- Accepted identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
- Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including birth certificate, O-Level, A-Level, diploma, bachelor’s degree, and higher qualifications as per the applicant’s requirements.
- Candidates submitting testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, or slips for O-Level and A-Level (Form IV and VI results) will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- Each candidate is responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
- Candidates should pay attention to the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they do not meet the criteria. They are encouraged to apply again when job vacancies are announced, ensuring they meet the requirements of the respective announcement.
- For positions requiring professional registration, candidates must bring their ORIGINAL registration certificates and work licenses.
- All candidates called for the interview should log into their accounts and copy their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
- Candidates whose names differ on their documents must submit a registered Deed Poll for name change issued by the Ministry of Lands.
