We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to getting financial services (Digital Lending, Merchant Acquiring, etc).As we scale to become Africa’s #1 payments brand, we are looking for a Tanzanian Chinese Manager Assistant to smooth the daily business operation, which must have fluent Chinese oral communication skills.Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Chinese Manager to facilitate daily communication and business operation with the local market and local teams.
• Passion for discovering Customer and Merchant demands regarding payment and financial services, summary Use Cases, and developing plans to fulfill them.
• Analysing industry trends and competitor products to provide local insights.
• Working closely with internal Products, Integration, Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation, and Compliance teams to fully understand project requirements and provide solutions.

Qualification & Required Skills

• Chinese Mandarin and English communication skills must be working level.
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification in business or marketing or administration related field.
• Positive attitude, great interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Extremely result-oriented, realistic and reliable, able to work with aggressive timelines with multi-tasks.
• Good Driving skill is a plus.
