ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve THIS ICT and Data Officer (multiple positions) to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Reporting to the ICAP in Tanzania IT Manager, THIS ICT and Data Officer will be responsible for training and support data collection team, provide technical support to ICT survey technologies aspects (including data collection IT systems including tablets and servers) by configuration, troubleshooting and insuring data security to facilitate high-quality survey data collection.

The THIS Field Lab Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of field biomarker activities. Through supervision and spot checks, the THIS Field Lab Supervisors will ensure that samples are correctly collected, processed, and transported in line with SOPs as well as QA/QC procedures for point of care HIV rapid testing. In addition, the THIS Field Lab Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the satellite/mobile labs as well as be responsible for dealing and resolving all non-conforming events (NCEs) relating to the biomarker component of the survey.
