APHFTA is an Umbrella organization of the Private Health Sector(Self Sustaining) in Tanzania. Over the years, APHFTA has engaged the Private Health Sector AND Public Heath Facilities in the delivery
of public health goods under the Ministry of Health Community Development Gender Elderly and Children(MoHCDGEC) partnering to improve the quality of care in health sector and to achieve the
objectives of Health Sector Strategic Plans, the National Strategy for Poverty Reduction and Economic Growth (MKUKUTA) and the sustainable Development Goals (SDGs )Currently: APHFTA is looking for qualified, experienced and interested individuals to apply and fill in the following positions at its Region offices-:

(Tabora, Iringa, Njombe, Singida and Morogoro)

1. JOB TITLE: Project driver (20 position)

Desired qualifications/ Competencies:

• A minimum of ‘O’ level certificate with a ‘pass’, VETA or NIT Certificate,
• A valid driving license Class
  B,C,D, or E;
• A minimum of 3 years of driving experience in a busy office especially in an NGO setting.
  Possession of cautious and defensive driving skills; presentable personality and excellent interpersonal skills;
• High moral integrity and self-drive good teamwork spirit and readiness to work
  long hours.

2. JOB TITLE: Intern for Transportation and Logistics (1 position)

• Desired qualifications / Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics Management and Transport Management from a
  recognized university.

3. JOB TITLE: Intern for supply chain and procurement (1 position)

• Desired qualifications /Competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management and Logistic Management from a
  recognized University.

4. JOB TITLE: Regional Accountant-cum-Admin Assistant (1 position)

• Desired  qualifications /Competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or financing, or any other relevant field;
• At least 2 years experience
  as accountant,
• Experience in financial and accounting and administration, preferably with international development project;
• Good knowledge of administrative and accounting regulation and
  procedures of the Government;
• Knowledge of the Ouick books or similar systems.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA etc., will be an added advantage.

• Submit your updated detailed CV (Max. Five pages in PDF), with a letter of commitment declaring your intent to take up the position
• List of three referees with their current contacts. The referees must be one supervisor, one
  supervisee and a colleague
