Regional Manager Sales position

Main Job Responsibilities

• Check regional channel sales team performance and target achievement
• Check regional daily subscriber and purchase order
• completion,timely supervise the completion of orders in different areas
• Check regional active dealers/new dealers development on weekly basis
• Manage regional channel personnel performance and eliminate employees with poor performance/unqualified
• Make Regional budget and implement marketing activities
• Define, implement, Innovate regional sales plan, sales stratergy and overall planning to achieve business growth objectives
