  • Reviewing the beneficiary debtor list
  • Contacting the beneficiaries and informing them of their overdue bills
  • Negotiating suitable payment plans
  • Responsible for submitting activity reports and financial reports on a regular basis to the
    board
  • Ensuring collection targets are met
  • implementing a proper debt follow-up workflow

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business management or similar field
  • Previous experience working in microfinance/bank/NGO
