As one of the Tanzania’s largest online/ecommerce business company, Azampay_Sarafu relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our fulfilment centres/warehouses.

We are currently looking for a professional Warehouse Manager who will:

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, inc. quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, on-time delivery, and manage customer queries
• Responsible to develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, orders processes, and delivery
• Train, coach, manage and develop warehouse staff to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system
• Develop and maintain KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and training and safety records
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Meet regularly with Operation Leaders to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the warehouse, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Conducting regular inspections on warehouse conditions, as well as tools and equipment
• Establish, monitor and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures
• Establish a timely and effective reporting procedure, submit daily, weekly and monthly reports of various warehouse reports
