Background
The Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) is a bar association of Tanzania mainland, established by Tanganyika Law Society Act, Cap 307 R.E. 2002. TLS seeks to recruit an audit firm to conduct external audit services for the financial year 2022 which runs from 1st January to 31st December.
Application Format
Applicant should set out the proposed staffing structure for the contract and provide CV for each member of senior staff who will be involved in the provision of the external audit service.
The applicant should set out the level of audit coverage considered necessary for Tanganyika Law Society. The applicant should then set out a fee structure for the required audit work.This structure should include:
- Total cost per annum
- Total audit time
- Breakdown of audit time between partner, manager, qualified and unqualified staff
- Hourly rate for each of the staff categories above
- An indication of the level of fees that would be charged in the subsequent periods of the contract
Submission
The deadline for receipt of submissions is on 7th January 2022 at 1700hrs. Late proposals will NOT be accepted. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the proposal has reached the advertiser by the deadline stated.
