JOB INTERVIEW ANNOUNCEMENT

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Mzumbe University (MU) would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from September 1 to September 2, 2025. Successful candidates will be assigned to workstations following the interview. Those called for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:

1. Interviews will take place from the specified dates, and the time and location for each position are detailed in this announcement.
2. Each candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
3. Every candidate should have an identification document for verification.
4. Acceptable identification includes: Resident ID, Voter ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
5. Candidates are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and higher, depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
6. Candidates presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, or slips for Form IV and VI results will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
7. Each candidate will be responsible for their own Food, Transport, and Accommodation.
8. Candidates must pay attention to the date, time, and location assigned for their interview.
9. For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced and adhere to the requirements of the specific announcement.
11. For positions requiring registration with their respective Professional Boards, candidates must bring their ORIGINAL registration certificates along with work licenses.
12. All candidates called for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and note their examination numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
