QUALIFICATIONS: A Form Four (IV) or Six (VI) Certificate or Education graduate Diploma / Certificate in one of the following fields: –
Administration, Law.Community Education, Financial Management, Community Development or Art Science from Hombolo Local Government College, Dodoma or
any College recognized by the government.
