NATIONAL HOUSING CORPORATION(NHC)

RESPONSIBILITIES
i.To collect and analyze data for construction of new projects;
ii.To participate in the development of project briefs, assess project requirements and their impact on the local environment;
iii.To maintain all planning records of the NHC projects;
iv.To participate in designing layouts of the NHC projects and infrastructures;
v.To participate in the scan and digitization processes of all areas where NHC infrastructures will be developed;
vi.To provide technical support on the planning and design of all new NHC system components; and
vii.To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor Degree in any of the following: Urban and Regional Planning, Rural Development Planning, Housing and Infrastructure Planning or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
