Overview
Bagamoyo Sugar Ltd was incorporated on 01 December 2016 as a sugarcane production and processing subsidiary of the Bakhresa Group, following the acceptance of the land offered by the Government. Bagamoyo Sugar Ltd aims to alleviate the shortfall in domestic sugar supply by developing a sugar cane plantation and set up a green-field integrated sugar processing plant for sugar production.
The Bagamoyo Greenfield Sugar Project has already been launched and sits less than 80km from Tanzania’s commercial capital, Dar-Es-Salaam. Near the historical town of Bagamoyo in the coastal region, the construction work for the brand new sugar factory is already in progress. The company brought a number of innovative solutions which is being deployed in incremental phases whilst setting up the multi-million dollar sugar production facility

REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- An advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Agrtcultural/Automotive or their equivalent plus a certificate in basic supervisory Management.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least five (5) years hands on job experience as a Sr. mechanic on their concern section on the shop floor in a big motor vehicle workshop.
Position Title: HAULAGE FLEET SUPERVISOR 1 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- An advanced Diploma in Mechanical or /Automotive Engineering or their equivalent plus a certificate in basic Supervisory Management.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least eight (8) years hands on job experience as a floor/field supervisor on the shop floor/Field in a big motor vehicle workshop.
Position Title: Mechanic 2 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- Certificate Level 3 (CBA) in motor vehicle technology.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least three (3) years hands on job experience as a Mechanic on the shop floor in a big motor vehicle workshop.
Position Title: Electrician 2 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- Certificate in Level 3 (CBA) in Auto-electrical from recognized institution.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least throe (3) years hands on job experience as Auto-electrician in a busy workshop.
Position Title: Signal Boy 2 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- Certificate of Motor vehicle Mechanics Level 1/ Standard 7
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least one (1) year experience as mechanic Helper.
Position Title: Tyreman 2 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- An advanced certificate in Tyre management or Certificate Level 2 in MVM.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least three (3) working experience in tyres repairing.
Position Title: Welder 2 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- An advanced certificate in Level 3 in welding/ fabrication.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least three (3) working experience in welding & Fabrication.
Position Title: Cane Loader Operator 6 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- Driving Licence Class F with Certificate for operating Cane Loader Machine.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least three (3) years Working Experience in Cane Loader.
Position Title: Infield Tractor Driver 10 Posts
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
- Driving License Class G and Certificate for Tractor Operations Training.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least three (3) Working experience in Operating in Field Tractor.

- Driving License Class G and Certificate for Tractor Operations Training.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- At least three (3) Working experience in Cane Haulage Tractor.
