东北财经大学2024年春季学期国际中文教师奖学金申请办法
DUFE 2024 Spring Intake International Chinese Teacher Scholarship Application Procedures
为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求， 促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成 长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称“语合中心”）设立国际中文教师奖学金（以下简称“奖学金”），聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。现我校面向希望于2024年3月入学的国际学生进行国际中文教师奖学金一学期汉语进修的招生工作。申请办法公布如下：
For the purpose of satisfying the growing demands of the international community for Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese language education in other countries. The Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) will continue with the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship.Applications for DUFE 2024 Spring intake International Chinese Teacher Scholarship for March 2024 are open now.The application procedures are as follows:
一、资助对象
Qualification of Candidate
1. 非中国籍人士；
2. 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规 和学校的规章制度；
3．身心健康，品学兼优；
4．有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；
5．年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2023年9月1日计）。在职汉语教师放宽至45周岁。
1.Non-Chinese citizens
2.Should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the DUFE;
3.In good physical and mental conditions, and with a good record of academic performance and conduct;
4.Aspire to Chinese language education, Chinese Language teaching and related education career;
5.Aged between16 and 35 (as of 1September, 2023), with the special allowance for the age limit of 45 for applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers.

三、奖学金内容
Scholarship Coverage
国际中文教师奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。其中一学期研修生在华期间生活费标准为2500元人民币/月。
The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship covers full tuition wavier, free on-campus accommodation, living allowance and comprehensive Medical Insurance Plan of Foreign Students in China. Living allowance: CNY 2,500 per month for One-Semester Students who are in China.

五、办理流程
The Application Process
即日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站(http://www.chinese.cn)国际中文教师奖学金板块，查询推荐机构与接收院校(东北财经大学)；在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续，在线打印获奖证书；按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。
Online registration at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship application website (http://www.chinese.cn). Please log on to search for recommending institutions and host institutions(东北财经大学); upload application materials online; and track the application progress, comments and results. Scholarship holders need to confirm with the host institutions to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out the scholarship certificate online, and register at host institutions on the designated date as per the letter of admission.
六、其他 – Other
1.学生必须提交有效的HSK成绩单（HSK有效期2年）；
2.我校作为HSK中文水平考试优秀考点，是国际中文教师奖学金的推荐单位。如学生需要我校作为推荐单位，请通过邮件联系我校联系人进行沟通。
1.Students must submit valid HSK transcripts（Validity period: 2 years）
2.Our university as an excellent HSK test point is a recommending institutions for the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. If students need our university as a recommending institutions, please contact our university contact email for communication.
