Role Overview:
| A Social Methods Lead is required to start immediately in Dar es Salam, Tanzania on a business visit basis for a brief period before mobilising on a rotational assignment based in Dar es Salam, Tanzania. The Social Method Lead will report to the Environmental & Social Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Previous social experience in the construction industry is essential
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong public speaking skills
- Knowledge of local communities
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders with tact and courtesy
- Ability to understand and explain all project social requirements and relay relevant information to internal and external stakeholders
- Physical ability to work in the field and conduct inspection in difficult terrain
- Concise report writing daily
