Job opportunity: eLearning Designer/Developer
Location: Flexible, Flexible
Company: Plan International
Aplication deadline: 3 July 2022
Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls.
We believe in the power and potential of every child. But this is often suppressed by poverty, violence, exclusion and discrimination. And it’s girls who are most affected.
Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children.
We support children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood. And we enable children to prepare for – and respond to – crises and adversity. We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge.
We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 85 years, and are now active in more than 75 countries.
Through Programme Y.O.D.A (Your Organisation’s Data and Analytics), Plan is changing its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and is taking a virtual approach to Y.O.D.A training.
As a Y.O.D.A eLearning Designer/Developer, you will create engaging, visually appealing self-paced learning materials which capture and retain learner interest where the subject matter focuses on processes and systems. You will use your expertise to propose new activity types and better ways of working.
In this role you will develop system simulations and other interactive online activities using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline (TBC). Whilst some online simulations are templated, others will require you to liaise with subject matter experts and apply instructional design skills to create engaging activities which meet agreed learning objectives.
