A. Business Development Manager
Reports directly to Managing Director.
The position is based in Tanzania and workstation is Dar es salaam:
Job Description
Oversee and Lead teams to achieve budget with cost, time effective manners, Preparation of commercial aspects of proposals and tenders to various clients and closure of sales opportunities. Promote and sell all industrial services portfolio in statutory and non-statutory services rendered in Manufacturing, Mining, Energy, Infrastructure, and other relevant industry sectors. Identify investment opportunities and submit a related business case for management understand the competitive landscape, their strengths and weaknesses, position in the market, key staff, client profiles, locations, services etc. Coordination with government agencies, Understand and react to government polices relevant to the business or location and to put in place the needed local processes and procedures and Collaborate with the internal business units for customer account management activities.
QUALIFICATION
- You should have bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/electrical /civil engineering completed by another qualification in sales and marketing, Master’s degree in business, Management, or related field is a plus.
- At least 3 years’ sales experience in a Technical Environment, preferably from the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) Industry or from a mechanical/electrical or civil EPC contractor in Tanzania,
- Minimum 8+ years proven management experience with people management skills of a medium to large size organization.
B. Operations Manager Trade Natural Resources
Reports directly to Managing Director.
The position is based in Tanzania and workstation is Dar es salaam:

Oversee and Analyze market potential and develop competitive positioning and pricing strategies, translate business strategy into pragmatic action plans and execute. Develop new services/products and concepts for the assigned market segment, monitor market for the development of new technologies and trends Identifying and help develop high potential employees. Draft negotiate and secure contracts for local and international clients as well as Promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the clients.
QUALIFICATION
You should have relevant bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, logistics or related field or significant work experience at the Managerial level. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in relevant areas of work such as: Oil & Gas, Trade & Logistics and Operations Management Consideration could also be given to non-degree holders with significant experience, Responsible, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure and Willing to work on shift schedule if necessary.
